The red berries are dried before using. - This herb stimulates the pituitary gland which in turn signals the ovaries to increase the production of the female hormone progesterone. Also inhibits the excessive production of another hormone, Prolactin, ( it regulates breast milk production.) - Helps to restore hormonal balance , alieviate bloating, irritibility, and depression symptoms of PMS. - May be useful to women who are trying to get pregnant |
